A Journey into Somatics & Embodiment

These retreats are a deep dive into nervous system restoration, somatics, and embodied practice, offering a space to reconnect with yourself through intentional movement, creative expression, and deep rest. While each retreat weaves in different modalities—some centering on Yin Yoga and creative expression, others on somatic dance and movement exploration—the heart of every experience remains the same: supporting your nervous system in a way that feels safe, nourishing, and regenerative.

Rooted in trauma-informed practice, these retreats invite you to slow down, listen deeply, and cultivate a greater sense of presence and resilience. Whether through gentle movement, artistic expression, or embodied dance, you’ll be guided in practices that regulate the nervous system, expand body awareness, and foster a deeper connection to self.

No matter the focus, each retreat is a space to reset, replenish, and return home to your body.
